Since 2009 Dominican Sunday and Operation Prom have partnered up to give away thousands of FREE prom dresses in NYC, to young ladies from low income families. Operation Prom also has chapters nationwide, so there may be a prom dress drive in your area! Check out their website if you are not in NYC. If you are in New York, there are chapters within the 5 boroughs, Westchester, and Hudson Valley.
